The company TEXFABRIC S.A.S guarantees the quality and performance of its products. Our guarantee consists of the replacement of the same product or a similar one if you accept it, or generation of a bonus for the value of the purchased product to be used in a later purchase. It is important to keep in mind that the warranty will be limited to the amount of defective product that is returned and must be in the same condition in which it was delivered. We do not offer guarantee for change of taste or decisions. You must request the guarantee maximum 3 months after the date of the purchase invoice. The guarantee does not include the replacement of other processed materials together with the product, or other costs incurred. To request your guarantee please contact our email info@texfabric.com.co. If the return is made without prior authorization by TEXFABRIC SAS, you must assume the costs incurred, directly canceling the freight to the carrier. If you are a customer of our points of sale, to request a guarantee you can approach any of them, with the payment strip.
